These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Courtster mobile application and the courtster.app website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Questions? Email support@courtster.app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Courtster. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Do not harass, threaten, or harm other users in chats, endorsements, or any feature of the app.
Do not impersonate other people or organizations.
Do not upload media (photos, videos) that is illegal, infringing, sexually explicit, or violent.
Do not attempt to disrupt our infrastructure, reverse-engineer the app for malicious purposes, or scrape data at scale.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.
You retain ownership of content you post (chat messages, photos, videos, endorsements, session names).
You grant Courtster a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the app for the purpose of operating the service.
Other players in your session can see content you post within that session. Public sessions are visible to other users via discover.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Courtster offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid tiers unlock additional features such as unlimited sessions and advanced statistics.
Subscriptions are billed through your platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms are shown at checkout.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancel through your platform store account settings.
Refund policies are governed by your platform store, not Courtster.
Session fees collected from public open-play sessions are between the host and applicants. Courtster currently supports manual cash/transfer settlement and is not responsible for disputes between users.
Courtster is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that match-engine results will be perfectly fair in every scenario.
Player ratings, leaderboards, and badge calculations are best-effort and may change as we improve the algorithm.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Courtster will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost data, lost rankings, or interpersonal disputes between players.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you have paid to Courtster in the past 12 months, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia.
